Find a date that works for everyone

What are you planning?

Create a poll, send the link to your group and everyone taps the days they're free. You see right away which day or stretch of days works for all of you.

How the group poll works

How it works

Three steps to a date everyone can make

  1. Create a poll

Add a title, the dates you're looking at and your name. For a trip, set how many days in a row you need.

  2. Share the link

Drop it in your group chat on WhatsApp, iMessage, Signal or by email. Everyone taps their days: once for “works”, twice for “if needed”.

  3. See the best dates

The top of the page shows when everyone can make it, or who's still missing. Lock it in, add it to your calendar, done.

Made for groups

For anything where more than two people have a say

Five days in Lisbon with friends or one evening at your favorite pizza place: the poll looks for either a single day or several days in a row. Tap an occasion and the poll is already set up for it.

Best dates

How we pick the best dates

For every possible stretch of days, we count how many of you can make all of it. At the top you see the option where the most people can be there the whole time. If there's a tie, the one with more firm yeses (“works” rather than “if needed”) wins, then the earlier one.

You get up to three real alternatives that don't overlap, each with who's missing. In the calendar below, the color shows how many people can make each day. Tap a day to see exactly who.

Best dates June 12–16 ✓ All 6 can make it
  1. July 3–75 of 6 · Max can't
  2. Aug 21–254 of 6

Days or hours?

When you just need to find a day

Group scheduling tools mostly come in two flavors. Some show a grid of hours to paint in. Others let you vote on a few suggested times. This one is built around whole days.

📅 Pick days: this group poll

  • Everyone taps whole days in a calendar, or drags across several
  • Finds a single day or several days in a row, like a long weekend
  • Shows the best options and who's missing
  • Great for trips, birthdays, reunions and dinners

🕒 Hourly time slots

  • Everyone paints the hours they're available
  • Finds the best time window within a day
  • Great for meetings, calls and study groups
  • Slot-based schedulers are built for exactly this

If you need hourly time slots for a meeting, a slot-based tool is the better fit; for trips, birthdays and get-togethers, picking days is faster.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is it free?

Yes. Creating a poll, sharing it and voting are free. There are no ads and you don't need an account.

Do my friends need an account or an app?

No. Everyone just opens the link in their browser, types their name and taps the days that work.

How are the best dates picked?

For every possible date or stretch of days, we count how many people can make all of it. The one where the most people can make it comes first. If there's a tie, the option with more firm yeses wins, then the earlier one.

What does “if needed” mean?

Tap a day once for “works” and twice for “if needed”. Days marked “if needed” still count, but firm yeses win a tie. That way you can see where it really fits.

Can I change my answer later?

Yes, on the device you voted with or with your personal edit link, which you get right after voting. The organizer can add or change entries for others, send new edit links, change the date range and lock in the final date.

Who can see the poll?

Only people who have the link. The address contains a random code that can't be guessed, and polls don't show up in search engines.

How long is a poll kept?

Until 60 days after the end of the date range. After that it's deleted automatically. You can also delete it yourself at any time.

Can we vote on times of day?

Not right now. Polls are about whole days: a single day or several days in a row. If you need hourly time slots for a meeting, a slot-based tool is the better fit.

Is this an alternative to Doodle or when2meet?

It covers the same basic idea for whole days: one link, everyone marks when they're free, and you see what works. It's made for trips, birthdays and get-togethers rather than hourly meeting slots.
